OctoCam video files moving to long-term storage

Resolved (9/14/2026, 11:26 PM): The files have been moved to long-term storage, and the issue has been resolved.

Identified (9/14/2026, 11:00 PM): Due to OctoCam’s excessive disk usage on the Web VPS, the recent shutdown of OctoCam, and long-term storage improvements, all timelapses are moving to long-term storage. This will cause issues with viewing videos newer than 9/11/2025 in the archive as the archive metadata is not updated until the transfer job is completed, so the frontend will look for the video in the wrong place. The transfer job should take approximately 1 hour to complete.
