Service partial outages due to apartment network outage

Notice (4:55 PM EDT, 5/12/24): I am moving apartments. As such, the entire apartment network is offline and multiple services have been partially disrupted, which includes:

• OctoCam Frontend: The latest image, long-term archive, and status pages are unavailable. Additionally, no new timelapses are being uploaded.
• OctoCam Pi: Still capturing images, however, a 24-hour image backlog is beginning to form.
• How Hot Is It In My Apartment: The website is up, but no new data is being uploaded.
• Lesburu Analytics API: Any methods/functions that hook into the Spotify microservice are unavailable.

Currently looking at this timeline to get all services up and running:

• OctoCam Webend: Latest image, long-term archive, and status pages should become available by 8 PM EDT on 5/13 when the OctoCam Backend comes back. Timelapses should be sorted out by 1 AM EDT on 5/14.
• OctoCam Pi: Expecting the image backlog to clear by 12:30 AM EDT on 5/13.
• How Hot Is It In My Apartment: Data should resume uploading by 10 PM EDT on 5/13.
• Lesburu Analytics API: Should be fully functional by 8 PM EDT on 5/13.

Mostly Resolved (8:30 PM EDT, 5/13/24): Most services are now up - with the exception of How Hot Is It In My Apartment. It will be online at some point later this week as I continue to unpack the apartment.
