Investigating (5:18 PM EDT) - At some point about 15 minutes ago we identified that the GitLab VM has once again gone down. A reboot has not fixed things, this is likely the IP assignment issue occurring again.
Fix should be online in about 30-45 minutes since we need to physically get at the server to interface with the VM.
