How Hot Is It In My Apartment?
Resolved (3/2/24, 12:15 PM ET) - It appears that CO2 data is now getting uploaded reliably, and How Hot is now back online. Over the coming days some changes will be applied to the entire stack to deprecate the use of one-shot measurements and use continuous measurements instead.
Monitoring (3/1/24, 6:55 PM ET) - After plugging the Pi back in and redoing the sensor order, it appears CO2 data is coming back reliably. We will monitor to ensure data is reliably coming back.
Identified (3/1/24, 11:25 AM ET) - There is currently an issue with the CO2 sensor on How Hot being unresponsive since yesterday at ~4 PM ET, which is causing stale data. Intermittent data collection was ongoing until 9 PM ET, but since then no data has been collected. The Pi has been unplugged for the time being to see if this resolves any issues - we anticipate we’ll be able to plug the Pi back in at ~6 PM ET tonight.
In the event that this is a longer-term issue with the CO2 sensor, we’ll take this off the sensor chain and resume data collection while troubleshooting the CO2 sensor.
