Internet Outage affecting multiple services

Resolved - As of 5:52 AM EDT internet service has been restored and all affected services are now online again. OctoCam had residual MMAL errors after the internet was restored.

Identified - Due to a Spectrum outage since 12:20 AM EDT multiple services are either partially or fully down. Services affected include:

• GitLab - Down
• How Hot Is It In My Apartment - Up, but data is stale
• OctoCam Frontend - Up, but latest image, status, and long term archive is down
• OctoCam Backend - Mostly down, the Pi is continuing to upload images

There is no ETA for when this outage will be resolved.
