Resolved (4:39 PM EST) - Mail server is alive. This is done.
Update (4:17 PM EST) - We’re working on restoring Mail-in-a-box to the system, then we’ll get the backup restored. Things are coming along.
Update (3:50 PM EST) - We are suspending the in place upgrade, rather, we are now starting from a fresh Ubuntu 22.04 install and will restore data. New ETA is now 5 PM for completion.
Update (3:47 PM EST) - In place upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04 is now starting.
Update (3:46 PM EST) - In place upgrade to Ubuntu 20.04 has completed.
Update (3:16 PM EST) - In place upgrade to Ubuntu 20.04 has begun.
Maintenance (3:03 PM EST) - Currently upgrading the mail server to Ubuntu 22.04 as part of the latest Mail-in-a-box release. The email server will be down for about 3-4 hours while this process completes. This will involve an in-place upgrade from Ubuntu 18.04 to 20.04, then 20.04 to 22.04. Then Mail-in-a-box will get upgraded. If this process fails, we will restore the server from a backup.
This process will complete at about 7-9 PM EST.
