Resolved - SkyCast is back up and returning queries successfully. A root cause analysis shows that the tokens being generated weren’t in the right format, causing requests to fail.
Identified - We have identified the issue to be that the WeatherKit API is returning 500s to the SkyCast API, in turn returning 500s to end-users. Continuing to see what fix can be applied.
Investigating - We are looking into an issue that is preventing SkyCast from returning queries after transitioning it over to the WeatherKit API.
